The Start of Holy Week

It's Palm Sunday in the Orthodox faith - the day we mark the start of Holy Week leading up to Pascha (Easter). It's a wonderful week in the Orthodox faith celebrating Christ's arrival into Jerusalem. And to the many home cooks I know - it's the start of a lot of planning, cooking, taste-testing and family time. It's truly a sight to behold. Powdered sugar is flying, red-stained hands still pulling eggs from their bath hop from one treat to the next. Memories can be made anywhere - but some of our favorites are around the kitchen table.
